Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide through our print-on-demand partners.
Where do you ship from?
We don’t ship from a single location. Purely Engineered partners with supply on demand partners, which has fulfillment centers across the globe (e.g., USA, Europe, Canada, and more). Your order will ship from the facility closest to your delivery address to optimize shipping time and costs.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since our products are custom-made on demand, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. Email us at shoppurelyengineered@gmail.com with your order number and request. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be modified or canceled. Once received, eligible orders can be returned per our policy (see below).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments via our secure checkout.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are handled by print on demand patterned network of fulfillment centers. Please allow extra time during holidays or peak seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday, typically within 2-5 business days from the order date. Your item will ship 1-2 days after processing. Note: We don’t ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary by location and fulfillment center. Most orders arrive within 7-20 business days after processing, depending on your region and shipping method (e.g., 7-10 days in the US, 10-20 days internationally). You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order doesn’t arrive within 30 days of shipping (confirmed by tracking), contact us at shoppurelyengineered@gmail.com with your order number. You’ll be eligible for a reprint or full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Prices on our site are in US Dollars and exclude taxes or duties. Depending on your country, you may need to pay import taxes, duties, or customs fees when your order arrives. These are set by your local customs office and are your responsibility—we don’t cover them. Delays due to customs are also beyond our control. For details, contact your local customs office.
How do I return an item?
Please see our full Return and Refund Policy [link to policy] for details. To start a return, email us at shoppurelyengineered@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Note: We don’t accept returns for change of mind due to our custom-made process—only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Email us at shoppurelyengineered@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the issue (e.g., damage, defect, wrong item), and any relevant details. Report these within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll work with suppliers to provide a replacement or refund—no need to ship it back.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. For credit/debit card payments, we’ll process the refund within 10 business days of approval.
